Delivery Areas and Timeframes

  • Kampala Metropolitan Area: For most items available in stock, we offer instant delivery within the Kampala Metropolitan Area. This means you can enjoy your purchases quickly and conveniently.

Rest of Uganda: Orders placed for delivery to locations outside the Kampala Metropolitan Area will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your specific location and the availability of items.

International Shipping

Currently, Ugacart only delivers within Uganda. We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

Faulty Items
