1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Return Process

Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during transit.
Shipping: Ship the returned item to the designated address provided by Ugacart’s customer service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on Ugacart’s part.
