Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Direct Bank Transfer: Customers can make payments directly to our official bank account. Order processing begins once payment confirmation is received.
  • Check Payments: Orders paid by check will be processed after the check has cleared and payment has been confirmed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations. Customers can pay in cash upon receiving their order. COD may not apply to all large or custom items.
Secure Payment Processing

Your online safety is our top priority. All transactions made on our website are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which ensures that all personal and payment data you enter is transmitted securely between your browser and our servers.

We do not store any credit card or sensitive payment information on our servers. Payments are handled only through trusted banking channels and verified payment gateways that comply with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

You can identify our secure checkout pages by looking for the padlock symbol (πŸ”’) in your browser’s address bar and the β€œhttps://” prefix in our URL. This confirms that your connection is encrypted and safe.

We continuously monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and maintain up-to-date security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data loss, or misuse of your information.

For your protection, please do not share your payment details with anyone claiming to represent Kwesi Stores outside our official communication channels.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is received and verified, a confirmation message or email will be sent to you. For Direct Bank Transfers and Check Payments, please allow time for verification before your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available within selected areas, mainly around the Kampala Metropolitan region. Customers are required to confirm their order and ensure availability at the time of delivery. COD may not be available for large appliances or special orders.

Payment Issues or Failed Transactions

If your payment fails or is not reflected after completing checkout, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. In the case of duplicated or incorrect transactions, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Fraud Prevention

To maintain security, all transactions undergo basic verification checks. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be delayed or cancelled. We reserve the right to request additional verification before shipping high-value or suspicious orders.
